How We Started
Off Market Connect grew out of frustration. Our founders — seasoned investors and brokers — watched deal after deal fall apart because the moment a property hit the MLS, it attracted tire-kickers, bidding wars, and delays that killed momentum.
In 2026, they started sharing deals privately among a small group of vetted investors. Word spread. The group grew. What began as a shared spreadsheet became a structured platform with verified members, standardized deal flow, and a reputation for closing.
Today, Off Market Connect operates across 4 states with over 500 verified members — buyers, sellers, wholesalers, and brokers who value privacy and results over publicity.
